The Reapers are the Angels (P6)

In the final few chapters of the book, Temple voyages through ruined Texas to Comfort Point (the residence of Maury’s relatives). The town is in good condition because all of the living were evacuated giving the dead no reason to be there. When Temple and Maury arrive at the address given, there is a small fire burning inside. Also, the T.V. is on. When Temple makes it to the bedroom though, Maury’s relatives lay in an eternal sleep. Then, Moses Todd walks in for the final showdown.
